We get it. You're excited to light something on fire.

Order processing:

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days of placing your order. If we're experiencing high order volume, we'll let you know about any delays.

Shipping Method + Timeframe:

We ship from Prairie Village, Kansas -  using UPS or USPS depending on your location and what you order. Standard shipping can vary between 3-7 business days. Shipping rrates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination and how fast you want that scent in your life.

Order Confirmation + Tracking

You'll receive:
- A confirmation email immediately after you place your order.
- A shipping confirmation email with tracking info once your order has been packed and scanned by the carrier

If you don't see it, check your spam folder or that weird "Promotions" tab where emails go to die.

Missing, Delayed or Stolen Packages:

Once your package leaves our hands, it's at the mercy of the postal gods. That said - if your tracking hasn't moved in 5+ days, or it say "Delivered" but you're candle-less, shoot us a message at micah@witandwhiff.com and we'll help make it right.
